We do not offer free fitting or accessories as it has to be paid for somewhere, we simply offer the most competitive fixed price that we can at the time of tendering.

No Sales

We do not have sales or give large discounts as we aim to keep our prices at the lowest possible rate 365 days a year if we were to offer these sales and discounts then out products would of been over priced in the first place.

No Corner Cutting

We do not believe in cutting corners we only use the best quality materials and all our fitters are employed directly by the company. They are paid an hourly wage based on their quality of installation and not by a price for the job.

No Pressure Selling

We provide a free no obligation measure, estimating and design service that we consider to be the best in the area. We will use our wealth of knowledge to help guide and assist you in anyway you wish. We will provide a you with a detailed written tender to cover the complete scope of  works with no hidden extras that will be sent to you to view in your own time with no pressure applied from a waiting salesman.

Support & After Sales Policies

We take pride in offering complete customer support for all our products and services and on completion of a contract provide the customer with complete maintenance and after care instructions.

• We will warranty the workmanship on all installations for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• We support all manufactures product warranties and guarantees.
• We are active members of the Contract Flooring Association and covered by their policies.
• We stock for resell all aftercare products.
